Bookings
A booking is confirmed once we send you written confirmation by email or WhatsApp. Quotes are valid for 7 days unless stated otherwise. Prices may change if availability, park fees or exchange rates change before confirmation.
Payments
We ask for a deposit to secure permits, hotels and transport, with the balance due before the start of your trip. Gorilla and chimpanzee permits must be paid in full at the time of booking. Payment methods and deadlines will be stated on your invoice.
Travel documents and insurance
You are responsible for holding a valid passport, visas and any required vaccinations. We strongly recommend comprehensive travel insurance covering medical care, cancellation and personal belongings.
Our responsibility
We act as an agent for hotels, airlines, transport and park authorities and take reasonable care in selecting them. We are not liable for delays, injury, loss or damage caused by third-party providers, weather, or events beyond our control, though we will always do our best to help.
Changes to your trip
If you need to change dates or services, tell us as early as possible and we will do our best to accommodate you. Any extra costs from changes are passed on at cost. See our Refund Policy for cancellations.
